LOST IN THE DESERT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyrigkt. Melbourne, August 17. A party of four whites and two trackers, under Constable C. Thomson, has been lost in the Ninety-mile Desert. They were searching for 5000 sheep which, it was alleged, had been stolen from William and Donald McMillan's estate. They carried provisions for a week. The McMillans and Donald McMillan, junior, were included in the party.
