The Colonial Office publishes from the Government of the Federated Malaysias a telegram warning the rmblic of the possible flotation of overcapitalised cocoanut and copra companies, offering greatly overvalued properties. The appearance of retired Malaysian officers' names in the prospectuses cannot be regarded as indicating that the proposals are sound.
