TAFT'S VETO. Jlv Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Washington, August 13. Despite President Taft's veto, the Democrats in the House of Representatives passed the Wool Bill again. The Senate is expected to support the President's veto.
A DISORDERLY SCENE. Received 14, 10.5 p.m. Washington, August 14. A disorderly scene in the House of Representatives marked the passage of ,/the Wool Bill by 104 to 80 over the ißresidential veto. The Speaker, Mr. Clark, ruled that two-thirds of those voting could pass the measure over the veto. The- opponents contended that .only two-thirds of a representative House was competent to pass the measure.
