THE WEATHER SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Department published the following summary and forecast at 5 p.m.:—Summary—The barometer has fallen everywhere, -with fair to cloudy weather generally, but rain has fallen northward of Auckland. The winds have been variable and moderate to strong, with northerly breezes predominating. Forecast—Present indications are for moderate to strong northerly winds, a falling barometer everywhere, and milder and changeable weather, and probably showery, especially in the northern aad southernmost districts.
