Montagu, a fighter on the Turkish Bide at Tripoli, has been arrested for killing, at a Constantinople Hotel, Byan, a British subject born in Baghdad. Mon- | tagu declares that his pistol went off accidentally. BOMB EXPLOSIONS. Received 12, 10.30 p.m. Constantinople, August 12. The Young Turks exploded a bomb in the Austrian Post Office at Salonika, and another in a tram car. MULAI HAFID ABDICATES. FIGHTING ON THE FRONTIER. Received 12, 11.35 p.m. Tangier, August 12. Mulai Hand has abdicated, and Yusef will succeed him. He is described as a moderate, well-disposed to France. Five natives have been executed at Mazagan for enabling Kaid Triahi, a dangerous agitator, to escape through a cordon of troops. Cettinge, August 12. Fighting on the frontier has recommenced. The Turkish post has been reinforced. There is the greatest excitement throughout Montenegro. The Government has submitted the whole question to the Powers.
