* A BANDIT RAID. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. New York, August 9. News from El Paso, Texas, states that Mexican bandits crossed the international line and raided neaT Sierra Blanca. According to a telegram received by Sheriff Edwards, a troop of United States cavalry is moving along the border, and a company of infantry may be sent.
