WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Friday. In the Supremo Court, Joseph Wilson and Albert Cuthush were sentenced to twelve and eight months' imprisonment respectively for forging and uttr-nng, compensation to the extent of £2O lis to be divided between them. The judge made a recommendation tihat thev be sent to Invercargill Gaol. Martin William Tier, for breaking, entering and stealing, was sentenced to five years' imprisonment and declared! an habitual criminal.
