New York, August 5. , Tt is announced that the National Progressive Party must adopt Mr. Roosevelt's political doctrines if he is to he the standard l>earer. Mr. Roosevelt will make his confession of faith to the delegates at Chicago .before the platform committee makes its final report, but it will not accept his nomination on a platform it Joes not approve.
