FIGHT BETWEEN POLICE AND STRIKERS. By Cable-«-Press Association—Copyright. Received 33, 12.45 a.m. Ottawa, July 30. A collision occurred between the police and strikers loitering on the Canadian Northern Railway coal docks at Port Arthur, Ontario. Several police were wounded, the Chief of Police seriously so. A couple of strikers were injured. The assistance of the militia was obtained to preserve order.

AX AMERICAN STRTKE. Received 31, 1"2.45 a.m. New York, July 30. The strike of comluetors and motormen on the Boston elevated railway has ended. Tt lasted 53 days. The strikers gained all their points at a cost of over a million and a quarter dollars.
