AM EXILED PRINCE.
WRITS FOR LIBEL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Masterton, Saturday. It is understood that Prince Dikran intends to issue a writ for libel against the Wanganui Chronicle and the New Zealand Times for publishing statements doubting his credentials and bona fides. The Chronicle published a footnote to the telegram about Dikran, and this was sent out by the Press Association at Wanganui and published by various papers. Prior to issuing writs against th« Times, and the Chronicle, Prince Dikran has instructed his solicitors to demand apologies. Carterton, Saturday. With reference to the Press Association messages published this morning, Prince Dikran, the Albanian exile, states that he did not stay two years in Vancouver, but two weeks. He also says he has instructed his solicitors to begin an action against the Wanganui Chronicle for comments as to his bona fides and against other journals which copied the comments.
