PROTESTING CADETS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. At a meeting of junior cadet officers, motions condemnatory of General Godley's recent remarks regarding junior cadets were agreed to, and similar action will be taken at the annual meeting of the Educational Institute. BREAKING AND ENTERING. Wellington, Saturday.
Henry Leonard Dresa was charged at the Police Court this morning with breaking and entering on Thursday night the premises of the Vacuum Oil Company and stealing from the safe cash, cheques and a draft of the total value of £34 4s lid. He was remanded till Wednesday, bail being allowed.
