Mr. Brjan is throwing himself wholeheartedly into Dr. Woodrow Wilson's campaign He intends to follow Mr. Roosevelt throughout the country, replying to his attacks on the Democratic Party. Mr. Bryan declares that he will work to the utmost to secure Governor Wilson's success. THE PROGRESSIVE PARTY. Received 27, 12.20 a.m. New York, July 28. Mr. Roosevelt declares that the Republican States of Minnesota, Kansas, South Dakota, Idaho, California and Washington have adopted a plan to capture the Republican organisation for the new Progressive Party. The new organisation (will remain within the Republican bodies, and endeavor to gain control of them.
