EMPIRE PICTURES. The current programme at tin Empire Theatre is proving a great draw. The two star, films, "Arrah-Na-Pogn«"' and "The Victoria Cross," or "The Charge of the Light Brigade," continueto <lelight hundreds of patrons. Th»former is probably the best Irish drams* yet screened, and as Dion Boucicault'*; masterpiece it will be hard to beat. Tonight "tho members of the Taranaki; Veteran's Association are invited to attend and view "The Victoria Cros»," th* battle scenes in which are realistically depicted. In the "Stuff dreams are madsof" the auidence is treated to tomr rare comedy, while "Greek Types" is a. film at once instructive and interesting. Other interesting subjects are also* included in the programme.
