Written advice 'has been received by Mr. C. Carter, of the' local directorate of the Taranaki Oil Wells, Ltd., that Mr. Millar, the refinery manager, left London by the Mongolia. As the vessel was due at Melbourne on Monday last, Mr. Millar will probably catch • the s.s. Maheno, which is to leave Sydney to-day for Auckland. In that case lie should arrive at New Plymouth next Tuesday.
