TERRIBLE REVELATIONS. Received 22, 10.40 p.m. London, July 22. Saurez has amassed a fabulous fortune. He subjected the natives to progressive amputation and torture, and > finally decapitation. Others were manlaeled and left to perish in the heat from starvation.
