ADULTERATED MILK.
MILK VENDORS FINED. By Telegraph—Press Association. a, Wellington, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court to-day Charles John Duffy was fined £2, with costs £2 0s fid, for selling milk containing preservative. Frederick Petherick was fined £3, with £2 0s 6d costs, for selling watered milk. The case against the Nutricia Milk Company for selling watered milk was dismissed. Duffy was granted leave to appeal.
