JSlythe. The case had to do with an insurance policy of (lie Citizens Life Insurance Company on (he life of Horace ISlythe, now deceased. The question ;;i issue was whether the policy was ,i protected one within the meaning of the act, and whether a certain sum. ;■<< a. debt, could be deducted from it. Judgment was srivini for defendant with costs ou the lowest scale.
