The correspondent of the Times states that the American Government will accept Britain's interpretation of the Ilav-Pauncefote agreement, p,nd impose equal tolls on American and foreign vessels. THE QUESTION OF TOLLS. Received 1!), 10.20 p.m. Washington, July 10. ■Mr. Braiulagee, president of the Senate's Canal Committee, stated that the question of tolls need not retard the \ vote on the administrative features of | the Panama Bill, and submitted to the j Senate an estimate showing that foreign ships will pay about ten million dollars J per annum in tolls. ' Senator Stone said that if the Hague j Tribunal decided against the United ! States they would be compelled to re- i fund forty-five million dollars to foreign j ship-owners. }
