VOTE OF CENSURE DEFEATED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 18, 11.45 p.m. London, July 18. In the House of Commons the debate on the Home Office vote was continue. Mr. Cripps tabled a motion intended as one of censure on 'Mr. McKenna for failing to adequately protect free labor at Tilbury. The motion was rejected by 287 votes to 253. THE INSURANCE ACT. Received 19, 12.30 a.m. London, July 18. The House of Lords adopted a resolution unopposed by the Government declaring that until the co-operation of doctors is assured the Government will fail efficiently to provide medical benefits under the Insurance Bill,
