I Received 10, 10.55 p.m. Sydney, July 16. i The council of the llugby Union considered the letter of the English Union : stating that the South African Union ; had accepted an invitation to .send a Iteam to Great Britain in the season of i 1912-13 as the guests of the English, 'Scotch, Welsh, and Irish unions, iuid .asking if a date could be arrange when .a combined Australian and New Zealand iteam could be sent.
