A STEAMER GROUNDS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Monday. During the heavy fog last night the ferry steamer Peregrine, a new vessel, went on the rocky bottom off Stanley Bay. She was soon floated off, but her stern post was shattered and the blades of the propeller and shaft were badly bent.
