MASSACRE OF RUSSIANS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 16, 12.15 a.m. Pekin, July 15. A force of Chinese soldiers and villagers surrounded a building near Khotan, belonging to Said Effeiidi, containing a hundred Russians. Many were massacred. Russia is making strong representations at Pekin.
