The revolted tribes have invested Marakesh, and the Europeans are unable to leave their houses. The tribes in the vicinity of Mazagan are restless. Mulai Ha (id Vill sliortlv abdicate in favor of his brother Mulai Yusif. The former will reside at Tangier.
