In the 15(H) metres swimming semifinal. in the first heat Hodgson (Canada) was first, and Ilardwick (Austrlia) third. In the second heat Storres (Hungary) was first. Champion (New Zealand) second. Longworth (Australia) did not start. The semi-final for the men's 100 metres swimming race has been postponed till the lfitli. The contestants include Hardwiek, Ilealy, Longworth and Kahanamoka (a Hawaiian).
