DREDGE MANCHESTER.

MAGISTERIAL FINDING. By Telegraph—Press Association. . Chris-tchurch, Yesterday. The finding of the Court in the enquiry into the loss of the dredge Manchester states that the vessel was fully manned, found and equipped. Evidence showed that the weather after April 5 was abnormally bad, and the Court was of the opinion that she foundered with all hands. There was no evidence as to the cause of the foundering. The Court was further of opinion that nothing was undone that should have been done to make the vessel seaworthy. No blame was attachable to any persons who had prepared her for the voyage. . j
