Wheat,—Quotations are. reduced to 4s Id and 4s 2d. Bran and pollard have been reduced by 10s to £5 10s. Messrs. W. Weddell & Co. report, under date Julv s:—New Zealand first grade white cheese, GSs 6d; colored, 03s Cd. Market firm. Messrs. Dalgety & Co. arc advised by cable under date'.Tuly 4, from their London House, as follows:—Frozen meats Market very quiet. Lamb: Light I weights unchanged; medium and heavy weights, '/id per lb lower; mutton and beef l unchanged... It is impossible to form an acenrate opinion because of the out- ' break of foot and mouth disease. »So far ' as can be seen at present beef is not ' likely to advance materially, but a de- » cline may be expected in mutton and i lamb.
