Interviewed, he said that he stood for a great navy. The discussion would include improved communications and closer trade lies. Ottawa. July 4. A representative party of British manufacturers touring Canada is in favor of ths construction of a Canadian fleet, available for use in the Pacific, thus leaving the China squadron free for duty elsewhere. Australia's action is held up to admiration as a hsson for Canada.
