At the Dominion Day banquet Mr. Foster, Minister of Trade for Canada, said that Canada would not be satisfied with her past record. She did not worklike the Israelites with a sword in one hand and a trowel in the other, but amid the security provided by Britain's army and navy. It was open to Canada to develop within her own borders.
