NAPIER SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Yesterday. In the Supreme Court, Thomas CaTroll was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment for attempted carnal knowledge of a little girl. Keepa Robbiha, who was found guilty of manslaughter in connection with the motoring fatality' at Waipawa.'was senteaccd to twelve months on Waipu prison farm. ,In divorce, decrees were granted in the following cases:—"William J. Smale v. Ada Smale, adultery; James Jesperaon v. Jessie Jesperson and John Weir, adultery; Hilda Mcintosh v. Dugald Mcintosh, desertion; Annie Buttimore v. Robert Buttimore, desertion; Grace Kerr Lynch v. John Lynch, cruelty and desertion.
