Mr. Sauer will take the portfolio of Agriculture, Mr. Smutts that of Finance and Defence, Mr. Hertzog Native Affairs and -Justice, Mr. Fischer that of Minister of the Interior and Lands, Mr. Burton Railways and Harbors, and Mr. Leuchars Works. General Botha will not hold a portfolio. Mr. Sauer will lead the House when General Botha is absent.
