SPECULATORS AT WORK. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 27, 12.5 a.m. Paris, June 26.. The Senate has'adopted a Bill modifying the regulations temporarily admitting foreign wheat. The Minister of Agriculture stated that speculators systematically caused a shortage, with a view to compelling a suspension of the duty, a plot which failed.
