CHARGE OP ASSAULT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston N., Last Night. At the Police Court to-day Vincent O'Neil, horse trainer, and Howard Webby were committed for trial for alleged assault on Jack Stalker, in a hotel. Bail was allowed in two sureties of £SO each or one of £IOO. The hail was forthcoming. Accused pleaded not guilty.
