THE GISBORNE DREDGE
A HEAVY RISK. By Telegraph—Press Association. Oisborne, Last Night. Owing to the high rate required by Lloyds' agents for insuring the Gisborne Harbor Board's dredger Maui, on her trip to Auckland for overhaul, tin Board has decided to send her uninsured. She is valued at £40,000. The Board effected a partial insurance of £ISOO on the crew, but the total liability in this respect is estimated at £BOOO. The Board's total risk, therefore, is estimated at £46,500. The Maui left for Auckland this morning at 11.15.
