DISPOSITION OF THE SURPLUS. By Gable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 20, 10.25 p.m. London, June 20. The .Times says that the Government will announce on Monday the disposition of the surplus. It is understood that three or four millions will go to the redemption of the national debt. The rest will be devoted to the purposed loreshadowed in the Budget Speech, including the Navy vote.
