Received 20, 11.25 p.m. Santiago de Cuba, June 20. • The building of the American Mangalieae Co. was destroyed by a body of Cuban insurgents, despite the efforts of the Government forces. An amnesty has been issued on behalf of the Government, inducing many rebels to surrender.
