A MEAT PROTEST. By Cable —Prese Association—Copyright. Received 20, 11.20 p.m. New York, June 20. A women's demonstration was held ftt Philadelphia to protest against the increased price of meat. They sprinkled kerosene on the meat, broke the butcher's windows and organised a general boycott. Many arrests were made.
