POINTED WORDS FROM BENCH. . By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Mond*y. The case of Inder v. Inder came up at the Magistrate's Court this afternoon, when a further adjournment was agreed to. In consenting to an adjournment, Mr. Kettle, S.M., suggested that Mr. Denniston (appearing for Wm. Francis Ihder) should write to his client's solicitor as follows: "The case before the Magistrate haa >,i been again adjourned to next Tuesday. /- ; The Magistrate suggests that, if another - divorce suit be instituted by you, it would be fairer to both parties if he refrained from giving a decision on the defence of adultery raised by you, in order ,a that the whole matter may be fully and < ' fairly gone into at the Supreme Court. ! Kindly let me know before Tuesday next ' < whether you agree to this course." h Mr. Denniston said that he would fo> "i ward the communication a« desired. ,|
