A STRONG BALTIC FLEET. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. St. Petersburg, June 13. M. Saßanoff, Minister for Foreign Affairs, speaking before the Budget Committee, urged the necessity of a vote of fifty millions for the creation of a strong Baltic fleet. He alluded to the signs of growing Swedish animosity towards Russia, and the possible eventuality of a Swedish attack. He also declared that Russia must consider the possibility of a coalition of Powers against her.
