ARTESIAN WATER.
Sydney, June 11. The report on the artesian water supply urges uniform legislation. It slates that there should be control of the Uteres and that permission should not be granted for the use of the water for agriculture on a large scale, for fear of depleting the supply for pastoral purposes.
