The Government approving, Li-Yuan-Hung has entered into a preliminary agreement with the Robert Dollar Syndicate for a 5 per cent, loan of three !ind a half millions sterling at ninetyfour, repayable in twenty-five years. THE DOUCET COLLECTION. Received 11, 12.5 a.m. Paris, June 10. The Doucet art collection realised £610,916. A Quentin De Latour pastel fetched £26,400. It was sold in 1903 for 200 guineas.
