WEATHER REPORTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, June 9. The International Radiographic Congress in London has inaugurated a movement in favor of international action to make daily wireless reports of weather conditions experienced at sea compulsory, with a view to estimating the track and speed of the depressions. It is proposed to initiate a scheme in the Atlantic by which operators on steamers in the eastward half of the ocean will be asked to transmit reports to London, and those in the westward half to Washington.
