In connection with the approaching visit of Prince Katsura and Baron Ito to Europe, the press discredits the official; explanation that it is intended as a mere, sight-seeing visit. It declares that the object is to settle Japan's diplomatic relations with Russia. The Yugi Shimpo hopes that advantage will be taken while ) the visitors are in London to dispel any X doubts obscuring the benefit of the Anglo-Japanese Alliance. \
