Herr Cuvay, Royal Commissioner in Croatia, was motoring with Herr Hervoic, chief of the Education Department, at Agram, when Juicks, a Bosnian student, fired a revolver at him point blank. He missed Herr Cuyay, but fatally wounded Herr Hervoic. Juicks fled, but was captured after killing one policeman and wounding another. THE MOTOR BANDITS. Paris, Juiil^9. Three navvies attacked Madame Tremblay, keeper of the cafe where the motor bandits committed a crime, almost strangled her, and then decamped. They repeatedly fired revolvers, wounding one of their pursuers.
