SEAMEN'S UNION PROTESTS. Received 7, 9 p.m. Sydney, June 7. The Seamen's Union is dissatisfied with the Government's failure to make the promised amendments to the Navigation Act. A delegate speaking to the Labor Council, said that unless they got •What was wanted the Union would put tip the best fight ever known. The captain,B and officers of costal vessels are also dissatisfied, and threaten to leave their ships unless the recent award of the Federal Arbitration Court, providing for overtime payment, is observed.
