A SALUTARY PUNISHMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Niglit. Henry Fitzgibbon, as the result of a second trial on a charge of attempted rape (the first jury having disagreed), was to day found guilty, and sentenced to five years' imprisonment with hard labor.
