THE DISPUTE SETTLED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The Hon. G. W. Russell, Minister in charge of Hospitals, arrived yesterday and conferred separately with the parties concerned in the dispute at the hospital. Subsequently Mr. Russell announced that as a result of the discussion the whoi<» of the difficulties that had arisen in connection with the institution had been settled. The chief points in dispute were left over to the arbitration of the electors at the periodic elections next year.
