The Portobello m(trine fish hatchery board lias decided to ask Mr. Anderson, the curator, to proceed to England to bring out a shipment* of hemag ova. Mr. Anderson will visit a number of hatcheries in Great Britain, and also proceed to Norway, Heligoland, and any establishments on the Dutch, Belgian, ' and North French coasts. It is expect--ed that the ova will come, out in one - of the large emigrant ships, to Sydney, and will then be brought to Port ; Chalmers. A large stock of lobsters and V crabs will also be brought out, and Mr. - Anderson will attempt to introduce such : fish as turbot, haddock, and cod.
