THE BITERS BIT

A "PUT-UP" JOB. By Cable—-Press Association—Copyright. London, May 26. Mr. George Davies and Mrs. Davies, of St. James Square, Holland Park, claimed damages from the Fiat Motor Company for injuries sustained in a collision between a taxi-cab, in which they were travelling, and a street refuge. A verdict was given for defendants, and the Judge impounded the documents and ordered the prosecution of plaintiffs.
