A husband petitioned to have his jiiarriage nullified under unusual circumstances. He married his brother's widow and stated that defendant understood he was unable legally to marry her and she was described as a spinster at the ceremony. A decree nisi was granted, but petitioner was ordered to provide for the three children and pay defendant's costs.
