LAND SALE
HAWERA TO-MORROW. An important land sale takes place at Hawera to-morrow (Saturday), when the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company will offer a rare selection of choice dairy farms, on particularly easy terms. The estates comprise 750 acres belonging to Mr. Chas. Goodson, on the productive Waihi Downs; 800 acres belonging to the estatt of the late Joseph Pease, situated close to the borough of Hawera; 357y 3 acres at Meremere belonging to Mr. J. McGregor; 298 acres at Whakamara, owned by Mr. W. T. White; and a acres near Normanby. The land will be offered for sale or lease, full particulars being given in the advertisement appearing on the first page of this issue.
